Bold, smooth, and indulgent. A rich blend of TD Gin, Kahlua, and vanilla syrup, shaken vigorously with a shot of fresh espresso for a perfect froth. Double strained into a chilled martini glass and elegantly garnished with coffee beans.

JAFFA MARTINI

A zesty, chocolatey delight. Navy Strength Gin meets Cointreau and Crème de Cacao, stirred to chilled perfection. Served in a chilled martini glass and garnished with an aromatic twist of orange peel.

WAIKANAEAN

A timeless classic with a twist. Barrel Aged Gin, red vermouth, and bitters stirred over ice, then julep strained into a chilled martini glass. Finished with a bold orange peel garnish.

WAIKANAE BREEZE

A refreshing coastal breeze in a glass. Elderflower liqueur, Intelligin, lemon juice, and elderflower syrup, lightly stirred and topped with soda for a crisp finish. Garnished with a dehydrated lemon wheel and rosemary sprig.

DRY GIN MARTINI

The epitome of sophistication. TD Gin and dry vermouth stirred (or shaken) to a frothy chill. Served in a martini glass with either olives for a dirty twist or a clean lemon twist for a classic touch.

A honeyed delight. Barrel Aged Gin, elderflower liqueur, and egg white dry shaken for a foamy texture, followed by a second shake with ice. Served in a chilled goblet and garnished with a lemon wheel on top of the foam.

PORNSTAR MARTINI

A fruity and exotic escape. Raspberry Rhubarb Gin, peach syrup, lime, and passionfruit syrups shaken to a silky foam. Served with Mediterranean tonic on the side, garnished with dehydrated lemon.
